The institute is an establishment of Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission (BAEC) under the Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

The in-vitro procedures include radioimmunoassay of hormones


I-131 is given to thyrotoxic and Thyroid carcinoma patient after proper evaluation and under proper guideline.
